Smiths Direct
Smiths Direct was founded in 2024. Whilst it is an entirely new business, each of the team is experienced within electrical wholesale. We wanted a wholesalers that moved with todays technology being primarily online but still retain an approachable, friendly and transparent service. We achieve this by having a “virtual” Trade Counter, via Whatsapp would allow customers an easily accessible way to message, call and send photos to get a fast response of product knowledge and advice from experienced staff before placing their order.

Director/Marketing & Design
Samarah Buckley
Whilst officially Director of the business, Samarah’s main role within the team is marketing and design. She runs the social media accounts, website and eCommerce. Both herself and Chris are the main day to day staff that deal with customers as well as collections and deliveries.
Sales Consultant
Chris Lamb
Chris is an experienced electrician and therefore understands products first hand. Due to his wealth of knowledge, Chris makes the perfect person for our customers to go to when needing product advice, quotes and placing orders via message or phone.
Chief Barketing Manager
Finn
Our Chief Barketing Manager and the star of the business, Finn is a favourite of all our customers and collegues as he just wants to be friends with everyone (unless you are a bin man). This works out well for him as he is never short of tummy tickles or treats.
