Can I send photo's via WhatsApp?
Yes! If for example, you need to replace something but are unsure of what to ask for exactly, you are more than welcome to send us a photo of it.
Do you deliver the same day?
If you are local to Wirral, this is possible! If your items are in stock and we still have availability for deliveries for that day, we will. We always attempt to deliver as fast as possible. You can see more about deliveries, costs etc. on our Collections & Deliveries page.
Can I just drop in to buy something?
Our counter is via appointment only. We offer 15 minute slots which can be booked via our Trade Counter page.
We apologise for any inconvenience but this is due to ensure access to the unit and neighbouring residential area is not blocked.
What is your returns policy?
We accept the return of most goods within 30 Days of purchase. Some items have a longer warrenty, however the faulty goods must be returned to us. Please contact us for specific product return information.
